1.Supervise, direct and motivate supply chain team including sourcing, purchasing, planning, warehouse and logistics
2.Continuously improve team efficiency by processes optimization
3.Collaborate with group purchase team to search, develop and qualify vendors with support from quality/technical/controlling team
4.Implement vendor quality monitoring and tracking system to drive vendor's improvement in cost, lead time, quality and service
5.Achieve effective planning for both stock based and order based material/parts
6.Manage warehouse working procedure to ensure the accuracy for all stock items
7.Any other tasks assigned by the management

1.Bachelor degree in Mechanical/electrical engineering, master in supplier chain management will be preferred.
2.More than 6 years-experience in sourcing/planning/project management/logistic related position in production company in mechanical or related field.
3.At least 5 years-experience in supply chain manager position with more than 10 subordinates
4.Concrete experience in casting/welding/steel sourcing, project management, planning for both mass production and customized production will be preferred.
5.Skilled in SAP(System Applications and Products) Software.
6.Fluent in English and Germany
