VERTEX is based in the beautiful country of Switzerland, also known as the "Garden of the World”. It’s origins can be traced back to an environmental drive aimed at disrupting the sandstone mining industry. The founders of VERTEX have been active in the field of sandstone and gravel mining for many years. During visits and inspections of sandstone and gravel mining projects around the world, they unexpectedly noticed that many places still face problems such as out-dated machinery, serious pollution or poor management.

With this opportunity, the company founders worked to propose a set of green mining solutions, integrating mine-site evaluation, technological designs, equipment supply, operational management, resource utilisation, profit analysis, safety guidelines, sustainability control and digital mining systems for a sustainable mining industry. This way, mine development can be efficient and orderly without compromising the environment. Nature and air quality in all parts of the world can become as fresh, clean and pleasant as in Switzerland.

The VERTEX logo is inspired by Europe’s highest mountains, the Alps, and illustrates a “peak” – thus symbolising the intention of the VERTEX brand to always pursue perfection. At the core of our pursuit of perfection is our products. Then, how will VERTEX achieve the perfection of products?

Precise machining and finishing

VERTEX takes on the artisan spirit of perfection, benchmarking the production standards against those of the Swiss watchmaking industry. The VERTEX plant includes six workshops for batching, welding, machining, assembly, spray-painting and packaging for shipment. Take machining as an example, VERTEX machining has high precision with low roughness. The processing accuracy level of product size is about IT8 ~ IT7, the roughness Ra value is about 1.6 ~ 0.8, which exceeds the processing accuracy requirements of the industry IT9 ~ IT8, Ra3.2 ~ 1.6. The surface of our equipment feels as smooth as glass.

VERTEX insists on guiding the direction of R&D of equipment according to market demand and encourages its clients to frequently provide feedback and suggestions for improvement. At present, the development and modification of the entire product range offered by the company, including crushing, sand production, feeding and screening equipment, have benefitted from user feedback received in the past.
